at Anderson Associates are to assist the company in its development
projects, brokerage assignments, client consultation, and
project management responsibilities. Joe will provide additional
support to allow Anderson Associates continue its current
relationship with clients, expand its client services and
maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
Joe’s client responsibilities have included construction
program managing a 30,000 square foot professional office
complex as well as specialized brokerage assignments. In
addition, Joe is performing an in-depth due diligence analysis
for a 270-acre farm north of I-90 on the Randall Road corridor.
This analysis will include wetland analysis including Army
Corps determination, tree preservation, storm water management,
traffic control, municipal concurrence, annexation process,
oversight of the land planning process, as well as prepare
bid documents to help select a developer. Finally, Joe has
successfully completed many brokerage assignments. Some of
the highlights include selling 37 acres at the SWC of IL
72 and Randall Road, locating a building for a restaurant
client, and locating a building for a forensic science lab.
Joe has been able to profile and fit in unique client requirements
with the end result of a completely satisfied customer. In
his short tenure with Anderson Associates Inc Joe has managed
to develop key contacts with major market players in commercial
as well as residential development. Joe’s over goal
with ever client is to match their internal goals and desires
with the market reality.
Joe is a life-long resident of West Dundee and has been married
for 20 years with two children. Joe graduated from Elmhurst
College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration
and Marketing. For continuing his professional development,
Joe plans to join the Urban Land Institute and the International
Council of Shopping Centers.
